Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:

     •  We employ our policy of Love it or Return it- try any product, purchased online or in clinic, for 14 days and if it's not up to your standard, contact us for a return at SBCOrders@DermLA.com. Please note this excludes prescription products.
     •  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Gift Certificates.
     •  Rewards points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined.
